Christian Castro was very courteous and professional. I was never once called "Buddy" or "Brother" or "Dude". He always refered to my wife and I as Mrs. Hamm, Mr. Hamm, Ma'am and Sir. I appreciated that since I had already run into that unprofessional behavior from 2 different salesmen and the guy that called himself the manager at Cowboy Chevrolet in Silsbee. In fact, it's most of the reason I just waited and shopped elsewhere.
